Undertaking
I promise that my ward will be law abiding by keeping all the rules and regulations of the school.
That I will provide adequate learning materials and school uniform for the child and pay his/her approved school fees and levies as at when due.
That my ward will participate actively in the academic, religious, sports as well as club activities of the school.
That I will be an active member of the school P.T.A attending meetings scheduled by the school in the interest of the child.
I also undertake that should my child gets up to senior secondary 3 of the school, I will cooperate with the school in ensuring that he/she packs into boarding house to qualify him/her to sit for his/her WAEC/NECO in the school.
I also undertake to pay all the fees as will be demanded by the school for smooth running of their programs for the benefit of my ward.
